1 Sustains Minor Injuries in Oakland Crash on 880 Freeway near 66th Avenue Off-Ramp
Oakland, California (February 21, 2022) – Authorities are investigating an early Sunday morning multi-vehicle crash that happened in Oakland, sending one person to the hospital.
The California Highway Patrol said the incident was reported at around 1:38 a.m. on northbound 880 Freeway, just north of the 66th Avenue off-ramp.
A motorcycle, an SUV, and three other cars were involved in the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene.
At least one person who sustained a minor ankle injury was taken to the hospital for treatment.
All northbound lanes, except the slow lane, were blocked during the rescue operation.
CHP is investigating the accident.
