2 Hurt in Oakland Crash on Interstate 880 near 66th Avenue
Oakland, California (December 3, 2021) – An Oakland crash involving three vehicles Thursday evening sent two people to the hospital.
The California Highway Patrol affirmed that the crash occurred at approximately 5:23 p.m. on the Interstate 880, just north of the 66th Avenue off-ramp.
The crash involved a black Toyota Corolla, a white pickup truck, and a white Tesla that crashed on the southbound side of the interstate under unclear circumstances.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and offered first aid treatment to two unidentified individuals who had sustained unspecified injuries. The victims were then rushed to the Kaiser Permanente San Leandro Medical Center and Highland Hospital for further medication.
The crash resulted in the closure of the southbound lanes of Interstate 880 near 66th Avenue for an unknown time.
