, California (November 29, 2021) – A motorcyclist was sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle accident that occurred Monday morning in Oakland, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The accident happened at about 8:42 a.m. on northbound , near High Street.

As per the report, a motorcyclist on a black Triumph motorcycle collided with two other vehicles for unknown reasons.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and transported the seriously injured rider to the hospital for treatment.

No other details were given, but authorities are investigating the accident.
