Rider Injured in Oakland Motorcycle Accident on 880 Freeway near Broadway On-Ramp
Oakland, California (April 6, 2022) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a traffic collision that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Oakland, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred at around 3:11 p.m. on southbound 880 Freeway, just north of the Broadway on-ramp.
A fully-dressed Harley-Davidson motorcycle collided with a gray Toyota Corolla for unknown reasons.
First responders found the motorcycle in traffic lanes and the rider sitting on the right-hand shoulder.
Paramedics transported the rider to Highland Hospital with unknown injuries.
CHP officers are investigating the accident.
