Oakland Unified Workers Injured in Oakland Accident at High and Wattling Streets
Oakland, California (April 1, 2022) – Two workers at Oakland Unified were hit and injured by a vehicle at an intersection in Oakland on Thursday morning, according to a local news source.
The workers were on their way to school when a woman got distracted by her child and struck the pedestrians.
The incident took place in the area of High and Wattling streets at about 7:30 a.m. March 30.
Authorities said both victims were launched into the air by the impact of the accident.
