Rider Hospitalized after Ojai Motorcycle Accident on Highway 150 (Ojai Road) near Dennison Park
Ojai, California (January 10, 2022) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Sunday morning in a collision with a car near a campground in Ojai, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 11:04 a.m. Sunday, January 9 on Highway 150, just east of Dennison Park. Highway 150 is also known as Ojai Road.
The CHP said the motorcyclist collided with a car on the eastbound side of the highway.
Major Injury Motorcycle Accident in Ojai
The motorcyclist, whose name was not immediately disclosed, suffered major injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The eastbound lanes of Highway 150 were closed for nearly two and a half hours due to the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
