Two vehicles collided at the intersection, sending one person to the hospital
Yolo County, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision that happened early Tuesday morning near Zamora in Yolo County, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck was reported around 4:29 a.m. at County Road 99W and County Road 13.
A gray Jeep Grand Cherokee and a gran Nissan Kicks were involved in a possible rear-end crash.
Responding Yolo County firefighters and paramedics found the vehicles blocking the intersection.
One person was taken to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center with the complaint of pain to the chest.
CHP officers are investigating the accident.
