Thd accident happened at about 5:30 a.m. on University Drive and Signal Butte Road
East Valley, Ariz.- A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a vehicle in East Valley early Saturday morning.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened at about 5:30 a.m. on University Drive and Signal Butte Road.
Authorities said a vehicle collided with the motorcyclist for unknown reasons.
The man riding the motorcycle was reportedly in cardiac arrest and received life-saving aid from the Rural Metro emergency responders.
However, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The other driver was unhurt and remained at the scene.
The accident is under investigation.
