The California Highway Patrol received reports of the crash around 10:56 p.m. on northbound Highway 101, just south of Spencer Avenue.
At least two vehicles, including a Camry and an Audi, were involved in the crash.
Marin County firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported the driver of the Camry to Marin General Hospital with lacerations to the face.
Authorities did not immediately establish the factors that contributed to the accident.
