According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 3:33 p.m. on eastbound State Route 12 near Sylvia Drive in the Glen Ellen area.
A light-green Toyota Corolla collided with a gray Mercedes-Benz SUV for an unknown reason.
At least three patients were hurt in the accident. One of them was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities are investigating the collision.
