Union City, CA. – One person was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle collision that took place Wednesday afternoon in Union City, the California Highway Patrol said.

A black BMW collided with a blue Acura under unclear circumstances.
One person was transported to St. Rose Hospital with minor injuries.
Both cars were towed away from the scene.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
