Sacramento, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Sunday morning in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Two vehicles collided around 10:45 a.m. in the 1418 block of North Market Boulevard near Sierra Point Drive.
A blue Chevrolet sedan and a white Kia SUV were involved in the accident.
Responding Sacramento firefighters found the vehicles blocking the roadway and debris scattered in traffic lanes.
One person was taken to UC Davis Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
Both eastbound lanes of N. Market Boulevard remained blocked during the investigation.
