La Mesa, CA. – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday afternoon in La Mesa, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 4:57 p.m. on the westbound 8 Freeway near Highway 125.
At least three vehicles were involved in the crash.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported a female occupant of one of the cars to Sharp Memorial Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The vehicles were towed away from the scene.
CHP is investigating the collision.
