Reportedly, the driver of a gray pickup truck slammed into the center divider wall, went across all traffic lanes, and ended up on the right shoulder.
Paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
