An SUV collided with a semi-truck for an unknown reason.
One person was trapped in the SUV due to the door being unable to open. That person complained of pain to the chest. Paramedics responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the victim.
The Animal Control Unit was requested to respond and take a small dog that was involved in the accident.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
