An SUV spun out, hit another SUV, and then a pickup truck struck both SUVs

San Diego, Calif. – At least one person was hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday morning on a freeway in San Diego, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pileup was reported around 11:13 a.m. on the northbound 15 Freeway near Rancho Bernardo.
According to CHP, an SUV spun out and hit another SUV, then a pickup truck struck both SUVs.
One person contacted authorities reporting that he hit his face and was bleeding from his nose.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and confirmed that only minor injuries were sustained.
CHP officers are investigating the cause of the accident.
