Oakland, CA. – One person was hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Tuesday afternoon on Highway 101 in Oakland, the California Highway Patrol reported.

Four vehicles collided under unclear circumstances.
Airbags were deployed in one of the cars, hitting and injuring the driver in the chest and neck. The driver was offered medical aid by responding paramedics.
CHP officers are investigating the crash.
