Two vehicles collided at the intersection with Buena Vista Road, blocking the roadway
Amador County, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Monday afternoon near Ione in Amador County, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported just before 5 p.m. on State Route 88 at Buena Vista Road.
Amador County sheriff's deputies and firefighters responded to the scene and found two cars blocking the intersection.
A female occupant from one of the vehicles was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
