1 Killed in Ontario Semi-Truck Crash on Highway 60 near Grove Avenue

Ontario, California (September 23, 2021) – One person died in a traffic collision involving a semi-truck that happened early Thursday morning in Ontario.
The California Highway Patrol said the wreck was reported at around 12:31 a.m. on eastbound Highway 60 near Grove Avenue.
A male driver of a semi-truck with a trailer called authorities reporting that another vehicle crashed into his semi's rear.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and blocked all but the HOV lane.
The firefighters confirmed that one person was killed in the accident.
