Oswaldo Zabala Arrested after Tehama County Crash on Highway 99 West and Gyle Road
Tehama County, California (January 24, 2022) – Oswaldo Moreno Zabala of Corning was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a traffic crash in Tehama County late Sunday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck occurred at about 9:00 p.m. on January 23 on Highway 99 West and Gyle Road in the Richfield area, just north of Corning.
CHP said Zabala was driving a Camero in the area when he collided with a Honda Accord, driven by George De La Cruz.

No one was seriously hurt in the crash.
Zabala, who sustained minor injuries, was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
