1 Injured in Oxnard Crash at Friedrich Road and Santa Clara Avenue
Oxnard, California (December 31, 2021) – One person was injured Wednesday evening in a traffic collision at an intersection in Oxnard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash occurred at around 5:39 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, at the intersection of Friedrich Road and Santa Clara Avenue.
According to the CHP, a Nissan Frontier collided with a white Alfa Romeo at the Oxnard intersection.
The Alfa Romeo acquired major front-end damage while the Nissan sustained moderate front-end damage.
1 Hospitalized after Friedrich Road Accident
Authorities said one patient was transported to the St. John's Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
The intersection of Friedrich Road and Santa Clara Avenue was closed due to the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
