At Least 1 Injured in Oxnard Accident on Channel Islands and Rice Avenue
Oxnard, California (February 14, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision that took place on Channel Islands and Rice Avenue in Oxnard at around 6:40 p.m. on Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on Channel Islands and Rice Avenue at around 6:40 p.m.

A Hyundai and a Volvo were involved in the collision that sent the Hyundai off the side of the roadway.
At least one person sustained major injuries following the accident. The intersection was closed for a while as authorities investigated the incident.
The accident is under investigation.
