Carlsbad, CA – The San Diego Medical Examiner's office on Friday released the identity of a woman who died following a two-vehicle traffic collision at an intersection in Carlsbad about two weeks ago.
The Medical Examiner identified the deceased driver as 82-year-old Patricia Marie Roberts of Carlsbad.
The deadly crash happened at about 11:48 a.m. on May 16 at the intersection of El Camino Real and Jackspar Drive.
Patricia Roberts was driving a vehicle that collided with a van at the intersection, according to the San Diego Police Department.
Roberts was transported to Palomar Medical Center where she remained hospitalized until May 24, at about 8:01 when she was pronounced dead.
