The WSP said Hopkins was driving a Jaguar XJ6 westbound on Bow Hill Road when he failed to yield at the intersection and collided with a Subaru Outback traveling northbound on Highway 11

Skagit County, CA.– Paul Hopkins, 65, of Camano Island, was killed in a crash involving a teenage driver in Skagit County on Tuesday night, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The crash happened on Bow Hill Road near Highway 11 at about 8:15 p.m. October 8.
The WSP said Hopkins was driving a Jaguar XJ6 westbound on Bow Hill Road when he failed to yield at the intersection and collided with a Subaru Outback traveling northbound on Highway 11.
According to the report, Hopkins was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he was pronounced deceased.
The other driver, a 16-year-old from Bow, and his 8-year-old passenger, were not injured.
The crash is under investigation.
