Sacramento, CA – A pedestrian was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle Saturday evening near an intersection in Sacramento.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 8:23 p.m. near Damajo Way and Northrop Avenue.
The pedestrian was struck by a silver Buick Centry under unclear circumstances.
Sacramento firefighters responded to the scene and offered the victim medical aid before transporting them to UC Davis Medical Center with unknown injuries.
Police are investigating the accident.
