The pedestrian was run over by two vehicles on East Eight Mile Road in Stockton
Stockton, Calif. – A pedestrian is dead following a crash on E Eight Mile Road in Stockton Wednesday evening, according to the CHP.
At about 6:11 p.m. CHP received reports of a traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in the 4900 block of E Mile Road.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a pedestrian was struck by a gray Toyota Prius. The pedestrian was also struck by a blue Chevy Cobalt.
The identity of the victim was withheld pending notification to the next of kin.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
