Oroville, Calif. – A pedestrian is dead following a traffic collision at an intersection in South Oroville Wednesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at about 5:29 p.m. in the area of Mills Street and Lincoln Boulevard.
Responding crews found the pedestrian down in the roadway. The pedestrian, whose name was not immediately released, was killed in the accident. The involved vehicle remained at the scene.
The southbound Lincoln Boulevard was blocked due to the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
