Tucson, AZ. – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Tucson early Friday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The incident took place on Interstate 19 at KM 17 at around 3:30 a.m. July 25.
According to the report, a man was walking in the roadway when he was hit by a northbound passenger vehicle.
The man, who was not immediately identified, was killed in the crash.
The involved driver was not suspected to have been impaired.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
