Police said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances on North Rook Avenue

Tucson, Ariz. – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Tucson on Wednesday night, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The collision happened on North Rook Avenue west of the intersection of Pima and Wilmot on Wednesday, January 10.
Police said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances.
The victim was killed in the accident.
The identities of the involved parties were not immediately released.
The accident is under investigation.
