CHP said a woman in her 40s was hit by a vehicle on Temperance Avenue

Fresno County, Calif. – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a vehicle in Fresno County on Friday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash took place on Temperance Avenue near North Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. on December 22.
CHP said a woman in her 40s was hit by a vehicle in the area.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
According to the report, fog was not suspected to be a factor in the incident.
The accident is under investigation.
