A pedestrian was reportedly walking along West Valencia Road when they were hit by a 2010 Ford Focus

Tucson, AZ.- A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run collision that happened in Tucson on Sunday night, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
The accident occurred on West Valencia Road and South Ignacio M. Baumea at around 10:30 p.m. May 25.
A pedestrian was reportedly walking along West Valencia Road when they were hit by a 2010 Ford Focus.
Another vehicle is also believed to have hit the victim.
Both drivers reportedly left the scene before authorities arrived.
The pedestrian, whose name was not immediately released, died at the scene of the accident.
Police later arrested the driver of the Ford.
The suspect, identified as Martin Lopez, 48, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing
