Police said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on the eastbound side of Story Road at Roberts Avenue
San Jose, CA – A pedestrian was hit and severely injured by a vehicle in San Jose early Thursday morning, according to the San Jose Police Department.
The accident took place on Story Road and Roberts Avenue at about 5:22 a.m.
Police said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on the eastbound side of Story Road.
The victim was rushed to a hospital with severe injuries.
Story Road was closed in both directions as authorities investigated the accident.
The investigation is ongoing.
