Officer Hurt in Whittier Car Accident on Telegraph Road and Mills Avenue
Whittier, California (June 5, 2022) – A police officer was hurt in a traffic collision that occurred in Whittier early Friday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident took place at around 1:15 a.m. on June 4, near Telegraph Road and Mills Avenue.
Authorities said a Whittier police officer was driving a police cruiser in the area when it collided with a van.
The officer was taken to a hospital with a complaint of pain.
The other involved motorist was uninjured.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
