Los Angeles, CA. – A postal employee was injured in a work accident on Tuesday night near Florence in Los Angeles.
The accident was reported around 8:58 p.m. on Central Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters, including Urban Search and Rescue (USAR), responded to reports of an incident involving a postal employee whose leg was trapped between two conveyor belts.
The man was successfully rescued and was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
