Los Angeles, Calif. – At least one person was injured after a multi-vehicle collision near Arizona Avenue in East Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon.
According to the authorities the incident happened at around 1:30 p.m. near Arizona Avenue and 4th Street just east of 710 Freeway.
Reportedly, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department police, was pursuing a stolen car when a Toyota Tacoma pickup rear-ended a small vehicle. It was unclear which car had been stolen.
A third vehicle involved came to rest miles away from the two other cars.
At least one person was injured in the wreck. The police said six ambulances arrived at the crash site.
The extent of the injuries was not clear.
The suspect was taken to custody.
