The California Highway Patrol said a Mercedes traveling south on Highway 14 drifted into the northbound side to overtake another vehicle and collided with a Jeep
Bakersfield, Calif. – Rami Abdulrazak, 27, of Yorba Linda, was killed in a collision that happened in Bakersfield on Friday, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened on Highway 14 south of Horse Canyon Road at about 8:41 p.m. December 29.
The California Highway Patrol said a Mercedes traveling south on Highway 14 drifted into the northbound side to overtake another vehicle and collided with a Jeep.
The two motorists and a passenger in each vehicle were all killed in the crash.
One of the parties who died in the incident was identified as Abdulrazak.
One man in the Jeep was transported to Antelope Valley Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.
The CHP is investigating the crash.
