Rider Seriously Injured in Crash on Interstate 15 in Rancho Cucamonga
Rancho Cucamonga, California (June 12, 2022) – A motorcyclist was seriously hurt in a Sunday afternoon collision that happened in Rancho Cucamonga, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident was reported at about 2:48 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15, just south of Foothill Boulevard.
The report said a male motorcyclist was traveling at speeds of about 90 mph, cutting in and out of traffic lanes, when he collided with a car.
The rider went down after the impact. Several motorists stopped to help the victim before emergency crews responded.
The motorcyclist was hospitalized with severe injuries, as per the report.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
