Moses Lake, WA – The Grant County Coroner's Office has identified 56-year-old Randy H. Raap as a victim killed in a pedestrian accident in Moses Lake Sunday before noon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck happened on June 8 on Interstate 90 near milepost 176.
Reportedly, a gray 2020 Subaru Forester driven by 30-year-old Alexander K. Sparks of Everett was traveling eastbound when it struck Raap who was in the roadway.
Raap was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sparks and his passenger, 31-year-old Angela A. Gray, also from Everett, was unhurt. Both were wearing seatbelts.
The incident is still under investigation.

Moses Lake, WA – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle along Interstate 90 in Moses Lake Sunday afternoon, according to a Washington State Patrol Report.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident occurred at about 12:30 p.m. on June 8 on Interstate 90 near Exit 175.
According to WSP, a vehicle struck a pedestrian who was in the roadway. It was not immediately clear if the pedestrian was crossing the roadway or was in a marked crosswalk at the time of the incident.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The name of the victim has not been released.
No additional details were provided.
The crash is under investigation.
