Motorcyclist Hospitalized after Crash at Las Palmas St and Third Avenue in Hesperia
Hesperia, California (September 14, 2022) – A motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital after colliding with a car Tuesday morning at an intersection in Hesperia, as per a local news source.
The incident occurred at about 7:53 a.m. at Las Palmas Street and Third Avenue.
San Bernardino County firefighters responded to the scene and found a burgundy 4-door sedan and a green 2013 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle involved in the accident.
The firefighters requested an air ambulance to airlift the rider to the hospital. Mercy Air 2 landed at Desert Valley and subsequently transported the patient to Loma Linda University Medical Center in unknown condition.
Witnesses said the car made a left turn onto Third Ave and struck the motorcycle.
The crash is being investigated by the Hesperia Police Department.
