Lake Elsinore, CA – A motorcyclist was killed in an accident on Highway 74 in Capistrano Saturday afternoon.
The CHP responded to the crash in the 36000 block of State Route 74 at mile marker 13 at around 12:12 p.m.
A motorcycle collided with a Mercedes Benz in unclear circumstances.
The unidentified rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers.
No further details regarding the mishap were provided.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
