Motorcyclist Injured in Redwood City Crash on Highway 101 near Woodside Road
Redwood City, California (May 4, 2022) – A motorcyclist was injured in a Wednesday morning traffic accident in Redwood City, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 10:26 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Highway 101 near the Woodside Road off-ramp.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a cruiser motorcycle and a white minivan collided on the highway in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and transported the motorcyclist to Stanford Medical Center for treatment.
The damaged motorcyclist was reportedly removed from the scene by a tow truck.
More details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
