CHP officials said a silver Kia crashed into a motorcycle leaving the rider with major injuries, adding that the rider succumbed to the injuries.
Granite Hills, CA: A motorcyclist is dead following a two-vehicle traffic collision at an Intersection in El Cajon Monday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash happened at about 5:12 p.m. in the area of La Cresta Road and Coyote Ridge.
CHP officials said a silver Kia crashed into a motorcycle leaving the rider with major injuries, adding that the rider succumbed to the injuries.
Responding crews found the bike down blocking both lanes while the Kia was blocking the westbound Lane.
No additional details regarding the incident were provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
