2 Injured in Thursday Afternoon Riverside Car Accident on Highway 60 near Pedley Road

Riverside, California (November 19, 2021) – Two people were sent to the hospital after a big rig collision that occurred Thursday afternoon in Riverside, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Highway 60 crash involved a big rig and a Toyota Avalon and occurred just after 4:00 p.m. near Pedley Road.
Cal Fire responded to the scene to find a driver and a passenger injured. The patients were taken to Riverside Community Hospital with moderate injuries.
California Highway Patrol officers, who also responded to the scene, did not immediately establish the cause of the accident, but they are investigating.
