At Least 1 Injured in Riverside Big Rig Crash on I-215 near University Avenue
Riverside, California (March 9, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision that caused a big rig to overturn in Riverside on Wednesday morning, according to California Highway Patrol.
A tractor trailer collided with an Audi and two SUVs on southbound I-215 near University Avenue.
The wreck happened at around 10 a.m.
The big rig reportedly overturned following the impact of the accident.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and attended to parties involved in the accident.
Medics determined that one person sustained unspecified injuries.
At least three southbound lanes were closed for the investigation.
The CHP is handling the investigation.
