Jurupa Valley, Calif. – The coroner's office has identified 38-year-old John Bejarano of Riverside as a victim killed in a Pedestrian crash Monday night in Jurupa Valley.
The incident happened at around 8:32 p.m. at Limonite Avenue near Camino Real.

Jurupa Valley, Calif. – A pedestrian was fatally injured in a crash Monday night at Limonite Avenue in Jurupa Valley, according to the Jurupa Valley Police Department.
The deadly auto-pedestrian accident happened at around 8:32 p.m. on January 15 at Limonite Avenue near Camino Real.
A preliminary investigation indicated that a driver was traveling eastbound on Limonite Avenue at or near the posted speed limit when he struck a pedestrian.
It remains unknown if alcohol and drugs were a factor in the collision.
The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the crash site.
Both directions of Limonite Avenue in between Camino Real and Peralta Place were closed for the duration of the investigation.
More details regarding the collision were not provided.
The cause of the wreck remains under investigation.
