Hesperia, CA. – 35-year-old Roberta Araiza has been identified as a female pedestrian killed in a Monday morning crash on Main Street in Hesperia.
According to the CHP, the accident happened at around 5:20 a.m. on Main Street near Maple Avenue.
Araiza was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
Araiza was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver remained at the crash site and cooperated with the officers.
An investigation is underway.
