Robin Kropp ID'd as Woman Killed in Temecula Pedestrian Accident at Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Winchester Road
Temecula, California (January 23, 2022) – The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner's Bureau has identified the woman who died after being struck by a vehicle Saturday afternoon at an intersection in Temecula as Robin Kropp, 54.
The tragic incident occurred at about 3:53 p.m. Saturday, January 22, at the intersection of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Winchester Road.
Kropp, a Lake Forest resident, reportedly stepped from the sidewalk in the northeast corner of the intersection into the crosswalk and walked westbound across Winchester Road.
Kropp was then hit by a big rig that was making a right turn onto Winchester Road from the westbound side of Murrieta Hot Springs.
Pedestrian Killed in Temecula Crash Identified
Kropp died in the crash.
The involved driver stopped at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
