1 Suffers Minor Injuries in Rocklin Car Accident on 80 Freeway near Sierra College Boulevard Off-Ramp
Rocklin, California (January 15, 2022) – One person was sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle collision that took place Friday afternoon in Rocklin, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at around 5:51 p.m. on eastbound 80 Freeway, just west of the Sierra College Boulevard off-ramp.
The accident involved a white Dodge pickup truck, a black Ford pickup truck and a black Acura MDX. The vehicles were blocking the roadway after the collision.
Rocklin firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene.
One person who sustained minor injuries was transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center for treatment.
Officers did not immediately determine the cause of the crash, but an investigation is ongoing.
