Rosaline Burgos Among 2 Killed in San Jose Car Crash on Bailey Avenue near Monterey Road
San Jose, California (November 9, 2021) – Rosaline Burgos of Morgan Hill was among two people who died in a head-on crash Friday morning in San Jose, San Jose police said.
The wreck happened at around 10:13 a.m. Friday, November 5, on Bailey Avenue, just east of Monterey Road near Highway 101.
According to the authorities, Vincent Burgos Sr., 86, of Morgan Hill, was driving a 1991 Chevrolet pickup truck westbound on Bailey Avenue when, for unknown reasons, he allowed the vehicle to drift across the double-yellow lines and entered the opposite lane.
The pickup truck then collided head-on with a 2019 BMW that was traveling eastbound on Bailey Avenue.

Rosaline Burgos, who was a passenger in the pickup truck, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Burgos Sr. was rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The male driver of the BMW was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
