1 Suffers Minor Injuries in Sacramento Car Accident in Madison Avenue near Ogilby Way
Sacramento, California (January 12, 2022) – One person was hurt when two vehicles collided Wednesday afternoon in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred at about 2:11 p.m. on westbound Madison Avenue, just east of Ogilby Way.
A party involved in the crash called the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office to report the accident and the complaint of pain. The sheriff's office informed the fire department to dispatch firefighters.
The responders found a silver Honda Accord and a white Toyota Prius involved in the collision.
One person who sustained minor injuries was offered medical help. It was unclear if that patient was hospitalized.
The cause and manner of the accident remained unknown, but authorities are investigating.
